Who we are

What we collect
The waitlist asks for your email, role, optional field and optional answer about your experience, plus your consent and language. The frontend sends the policy version; backend recording of that version and a server-side consent timestamp must be confirmed before this policy is approved.
Requests may expose your IP address and browser to hosting infrastructure; the waitlist forwards an IP address when supplied by the hosting proxy. Language is submitted with forms. Browser logging, pages visited and technical-data retention have not been confirmed. There is no page analytics tool in the current frontend.
The site uses a theme preference cookie. The contact form asks for name, email, topic, message and consent. In preview mode it simulates submission without delivering or storing the message; a real provider is not yet connected.
We do not collect ID, card or payment data now. This policy must be updated and the required consent requested before any such collection begins.
Why we collect it
Waitlist information is intended for managing sign-ups and sending launch updates based on your consent. Contact information is intended for responding to your request. These consent terms are a draft pending legal review.
Who receives it
Hosting location: Vercel (frontend); Microsoft Azure (API); {{HOSTING_DATA_REGIONS}} (serving the site). Email provider: {{EMAIL_PROVIDER}} (sending requested updates). Form provider: {{FORM_PROVIDER}} (handling submissions). These provider details are unconfirmed; listing a purpose does not mean a service is connected. Analytics: none.
Transfers outside Egypt
Hosting location: Vercel (frontend); Microsoft Azure (API); {{HOSTING_DATA_REGIONS}}. Whether information is transferred outside Egypt cannot be confirmed until the hosting and provider details are filled in.
Where consent is required for a transfer, it must be requested before that transfer. The required mechanism remains subject to legal review.
How long we keep it

Your privacy rights
You may ask to be informed about your information, access it, correct it, delete it, object to its use or withdraw consent. Contact contact@insaf.page. Expected reply time: {{REPLY_TIME}}. The applicable rights and request process await legal review.
Do not send ID documents or sensitive information with your initial request. If this site is in preview mode, use the privacy email once it is configured; the form does not deliver requests.
Security
Forms are validated in the browser and on the server. The frontend does not put personal data in localStorage. No online system is completely secure; hosting, access controls and operational safeguards still need confirmation before legal approval.
Cookies
theme: Remember your light or dark theme preference. Maximum duration: 31536000 seconds. This is a first-party preference cookie.
No analytics or other non-essential cookies are configured in the current frontend, so there is no cookie consent banner. You can remove the theme cookie through your browser settings.
Marketing emails
The intended policy is opt-in updates only, with an unsubscribe option in every marketing email. The email provider and unsubscribe process must be configured and verified before marketing emails are sent.
Age and children
Minimum age: {{MIN_AGE}}. Children's data requires a guardian's consent where applicable. The age threshold and guardian consent process are not yet approved.
Changes to this policy
